Anyone eat/serve Tofu?

I am not a vegetarian, but I am interested in Tofu.

I wanted to know if anyone here eats it or prepares it,

and if so, how?

Are you not in Singapore? Tofu is an extremely common food prepared in many ways and found in a wide variety of dishes. There are different forms for different types of dishes. What kind of tofu are you looking at?

I bought a book "All about beancurd" fm Borders years ago. Quite informative. Its author is a malaysian I think.

Ooo... I love tofu, especially on its own. I like it

Deep fried Malay style (Tauhu Goreng)
Japanese style (agedashi tofu)
Chinese style (Tau pok)
steamed with chili and bean paste (Mapo dofu)
sizzling on a hotplate with egg (Hotplate Tofu)
Century Egg Tofu with pork floss

and more!

Heck I even eat silken tofu plain straight from the packet! We also serve a pudding form of "custard" Tofu as dessert known as Douhua, Dau-huey or Tofu-fa, depending on which dialect you speak.
