Hi,

could i know what is the IP rating (International Protection rating on water resistance) for your product?

Sure beats those bought at supermarkets.

Cheers,
Freddie

Hi Freddie,

Sorry I do not have the IP rating of this product, but it is meant for outdoor use.
My panel has been out in the sun and rain for more than 6 months and it is working perfectly.

Do you have a choice of white vs yellow lights?

Does the light promote plant growth? Is the light emitted the right wave length or colour?

Hi Zealot,

This model currently comes in cool-white only. If the response is good, we are considering to bring in the warm-white model, but it won't be anytime soon.
Moreover, cool-white is definitely much brighter than warm-white, though the latter provides better ambience :)/>

Hi Juzshady,

That is a good question! As I have never thought of using this light for that purpose haha..
Power output from the 28 LEDs is between 1-2 watts. My take is that unless the light is used to shine in close proximity on small plants, I doubt it will contribute much.

Hi Drekster,

The rechargeable Ni-MH batteries last an average of 500 cycles (1.5 to 2yrs).
You can buy the battery packs yourself with the right connectors or place your order through us.
It cost about 4-5 usd per pack.

Hi Zealot,

Glad to inform you that the warm white solar lights are here.
We have similar requests from customers who bought the cool white, so we decide to bring them in.

You can view the pictures @ www.overtureonline.com.sg

Hi Long1000,

The Philips solar lights are using LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) AA batteries.
As this product was originally sold in US only, the batteries are not easily found in Singapore,
but you can purchase them online.

For the Philips, I am only left with Red string lights and Blue net lights.
Pls email me at contact@overtureonline.com.sg if you are interested to get one.
Indicate you are a GCS member in the email to enjoy a discounted price of $34.90. Thanks.

Andrew
