BG normally don't allow because some are rare plants and they do propagation. You cannot even pick flowers over there, partly because they want the public to see how's the fruiting, seeding, flowering of the plants.

If they allow one to do tat than everyone will be doing it. Other ppl can't see the seeds, flower or fruit.

seeds that a on the ground to us is going to be cleared off, so i thought i can collect it but no even if in the rubbish bag!!
